Excellent location, good room size. Basic facilities, but everything works well. Air conditioning is reliable, kitchen supplies sufficient. Convenient with nearby MRT and bus stops, as well as food courts. Well-equipped apartment, clean and spacious. AC system feels natural. Friendly and polite staff, great breakfast options. Security deposit issue resolved promptly.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Universal Studios and the City Walk, or there was a shuttle bus available if I didn't feel like walking. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the great view from the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a 24-hour gym right next door. The large reception area made a great first impression. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the free continental breakfast that came with my upgraded room on the concierge floor. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We were impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, including a cooker hob and hood, dining utensils, and a washing machine. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to three MRT stations and close proximity to prominent schools. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a great selection of pastries and cereals.
